TERMS AND POLICIES

 

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE of $80 will be required when booking an appointment online to secure the spot. 100% of the booking fee will go towards the amount that’s due on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance will be paid in CASH on the appointment day.
  • Booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your booking fee. Please book wisely!
  • You must be 18+ to get this procedure done even with parental consent
  • NO guests or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please be respectful and understand that the brow technician must focus on a permanent tattoo procedure. There is a quiet waiting area outside of the studio where your guest(s) may wait at.
  • You must arrive no later than 20 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be considered as “no show” and result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Please take into account traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment.
  • RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule your appointment via the confirmation email you receive or you can text me at 561-6724867 up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to your appointment or your booking fee will be forfeited. If less than 48 hours will require another booking fee. You are allowed to reschedule only once, anymore will result in another booking fee regardless if it is within 48 hours or not. You may have to wait until my next availability. Please check my availability beforehand.
  • THIS IS TYPICALLY A TWO STEP PROCESS: Initial + a perfecting session. While some clients may accept the pigment and heal beautifully without a touch-up, most clients are required to come back for a second session. On some rare cases, a third session may be needed to achieve the desired look
  • BOOKING YOUR PERFECTING SESSION: This session is a separate fee and not included with the initial session. Because results are unpredictable, it is recommended that you should book your 6-10 weeks touch-up session the same day as you book your initial appointment. This is not required but highly recommended. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BOOK THIS SESSION.
  • All foreign retouches will be considered as a new set of brows. Please book accordingly.
  • All results will vary per person depending on their: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare.
  • If you have had previous work done by another artist, you MUST get my approval before booking. Please text 561-6724867 a few clear photos of your full face and eyebrows with no makeup on them, unfiltered, and in natural lighting for review. If you book an appointment without my approval or disclosing previous tattoo work, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be cancelled. No Exceptions!

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Please view the DISQUALIFICATION LIST below before booking. If you schedule your appointment and have one of the conditions listed above, I will refuse service and your booking fee will be forfeited.

Permanent makeup is NOT RECOMMENDED for any clients who are or have:

  • Pregnant or nursing
  • History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring
  • Diabetic (require doctor’s clearance)
  • Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
  • Viral infections and/or diseases
  • Epilepsy
  • Pacemaker or major heart problems
  • Organ transplant
  • Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
  • Sick (cold, flu, etc.)
  • Accutane in the past year
  • Had Botox in the past 2 months
  • Heart conditions, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Poor general health.
  • Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures.
